Literature Text
I write to express myself
in ways that nobody knows how to
I write to feel in this world
a way to let hope go on
I write to understand myself
as well for people to know how I feel
I write to believe in myself
a way to know that this life is worth living
I write within my heart
a way to let out my true emotions
I write to express these words
that I wish for people to understand
I write deep within my soul
this darkness beneath this life I live
I write all these words on paper
to let out these inner feelings tearing me away
I write deep within myself
to let out the emotions deep within
I write to express these words
as a way to show that I have true feelings
A writers soul deep within
a feeling nobody will fully understand
Cause I write these words on paper
to show people that I am REAL in this world
in ways that nobody knows how to
I write to feel in this world
a way to let hope go on
I write to understand myself
as well for people to know how I feel
I write to believe in myself
a way to know that this life is worth living
I write within my heart
a way to let out my true emotions
I write to express these words

I write deep within my soul

I write all these words on paper
to let out these inner feelings tearing me away
I write deep within myself
to let out the emotions deep within
I write to express these words
as a way to show that I have true feelings
A writers soul deep within
a feeling nobody will fully understand
Cause I write these words on paper
to show people that I am REAL in this world

Sometimes I Wish
Sometimes, I wish I could forget.
Forget about how we would sit up in your bedroom and giggle in hushed voices,
Or forget how when you'd come over to my house we'd share secrets and wishes.
I wish I could forget how you'd tell me that I was beautiful, when really the beauty was always in you.
Sometimes, I wish I could forget.
Forget about all of our inside jokes, and how we spoke.
Or forget how I told you all my secrets and let you see everything in me.
I wish I could forget how much you knew.
Sometimes I wish I could forget.
Forget about how you'd always tell me that you wished you were better.
Or forget about how I always said t

Passion
For when the daughter experiences a first
it is the passion she feels in the night.
For when the innocent is murdered against reason
it is the cry of a nation that can’t understand.
For when the son disturbs the peace of a day
it is the rage of parents that calm his youth.
For when the music carries upon the floor
it is the color of the dress the darling wears.
For when the veil drops and all is revealed
it is the pain of truth that becomes clear.
For when the last moment is seen
it is the suffering in the eyes that shows all.
For when the child breaks the toys they cherish so
it is the shade their face turns in anger.
For when

Blanket of white
Cover me softly
blanket of white
hide me from above
so they will not see
what the world
has done to me
so they can ignore
their fault in this
let them look away
afraid for what is
underneath my blanket
of untouched white
let them wonder
what they have done
to the thing
now covered
under a blanket
oh so very white

I really like the flow of all the words and each stanza.
The opening lines "I write to express myself, in ways that nobody knows how to" were amazing. It is something relatable for all writers and it will catch the readers attention.
The constant reasons for writing kept on topic but seemed to lose power towards the end (Stanzas 4 and 5.) They still had a strong meaning, but they seemed like maybe wording them differently would have kept the power.
"I write all these words on paper" and "Cause I write these words on paper" I like the reppatition used here.
"A writers soul deep within, a feeling nobody will fully understand" I like how you tied that back around from the begining.
Overall an enjoyable poem, great job. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
