Can't sleep

I toss and I turn
I can't seem to fall asleep
The voices inside my head
tell me that its not what I want

Whether to believe them or Not
I always do anyways...
Maybe its telling me
That sleep is my worse nightmare

I can't fall asleep
No matter how much I try
The nightmares keep rolling
making me scream at night

I toss and I turn
but sleep hates me dearly
Why can't I sleep?
Why does it hate me so much?

Reckless throughout the day
No energy I have in me
I can't sleep at all
Maybe my time is up to all
